Meet Jen

With nearly a decade of experience in the real estate industry, my process helps you through the buying or selling experience from a place of wellness. I started my real estate career in New York City, and built my business to the top 3% of company agents nationwide. This was made possible by building genuine relationships with each client and fellow agents, studying every inch of inventory, and building an exceptional team of resources around me.

In San Francisco, the landscape, architecture, and people fill me with energy. From Queen Anne Victorians to mid-century homes, beamed ceilings to bay windows, working in and around these properties gives me a great sense of local pride. My clients are smart, savvy, and expect nothing but the best in representation. I pride myself in my ability to advise on proper pricing, develop a staging and marketing aesthetic, negotiate fiercely for my buyers and sellers, and build strong relationships with other agents, effectively allowing for smoother deals from the first offer to the close of escrow. For sellers, I save you stress and time, and I won't leave a penny on the table. My team flawlessly harmonizes the preparation of your property and provides resources for anything from cleaners to storage and moving companies. When you work with me, you can expect a powerhouse of strategy, insight, and exceptional service.

Jennifer lives with her husband and their miniature bull terrier, Tusker, at their home in Russian Hill. She earned her BA in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and her MS in Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States.

The City by the Bay places a very high priority on healthy and environmentally responsible living. From the amount of Farmer's Markets, to the aggressive recycling program, San Franciscans go green. In fact, the city has set a goal of zero waste by 2020, so that no material goes to landfill or high temperature destruction.

When looking for real estate in San Francisco, I find that my clients are looking for a neighborhood and community that enables them to have access to healthy living, from running trails and food coops, to organic restaurants and yoga studios.

With my graduate studies in Nutrition and Functional Medicine, I learned to focus on identifying the root cause of any manifestation in order to best move toward health. I align this same holistic approach with my real estate transactions, guaranteeing a transaction that leaves you fulfilled. I am also a resource for non-toxic and environmentally friendly living, lending itself well to the lifestyle of San Francisco locals and transplants alike.

I am always exploring the most nutritious nooks through the best neighborhoods of San Francisco. Come join me! Follow along on Instagram, sign up for my newsletter, or take a peek at my blog, Nutrition + Neighborhoods. It is my top priority to help you find nourishment in not only your home, but also in your health.
